Build TRUST and An ENGAGED Community

Buyer Personas are a semi-fictional, generalised representation of your ideal customers. Not only are they helpful to understand our customers better, they help us to create tailored content to their specific needs, pain points, behaviours and concerns. Having Buyer Personas will ensure you engage with your customers creating content that resonates with them while building a bond of trust with your leads. Moreover, they help everyone in the organisation to stay on the same page.

How To Create Buyer Personas

To begin defining your ideal customers, you need to know the story behind them:

  • There’s a lot of possible information you could research on the internet.

  • Conduct surveys or interview your customers and non-customers to discover more insights. Encourage them to tell you their story related to your offer.

  • Review your internal data:

    • Ask your Sales Team for feedback, they would know the most common objections, pushbacks that customers have, some trends or, for example, the buying process.

    • Check your analytics to know the most common demographics as well as your visitors’ behaviour.

    • Customer calls or returns can give you information about what they think of the company, products/services.

The best way to understand what people want is to get to know them
